Indeed there are many patients who are suing the manufacturers of hip implants because of the severe complications they experienced. A hip replacement recall is one of the demands that some patients have on the companies. This may be a difficult task for most of the leading manufacturers.

A hip replacement recall is not as easy as recalling a shampoo. It hold much more complications since these faulty devices have been surgically implanted into the patients body. To address the complications a second surgery is needed. Everyone can imagine how much pain and inconvenience those patients must have experienced. They have the right to file a lawsuit against the manufacturer, claiming compensations for their suffering, damages and lost wages.
