I just managed to put concentrated Dawn in the dishwasher instead of Dishwashing soap but thankfully, I realized it before I flooded the kitchen floor. Read the study, maybe it is time for me to start jogging!

It is a proven fact how exercising can positively affect brain functions. This gives people a stronger reason to pursue physical activities. Regular exercise speeds learning, and improves blood flow to the brain. It won’t just help keep the body fit and healthy; it would benefit the brain as well. That would be a step closer to being a better person!
