Gov. Christie's approval is at 56% in New Jersey

UPDATE: After I posted this, correspondent Dennis sent me the video below - very funny.

And only 33% disapprove.

If Christie were to be Romney's VP, that would put New Jersey AND Pennsylvania strongly in play for the Republicans.

“It’s hard to imagine that a minority party governor could really do much better,” said poll director Peter Woolley. “Unless maybe he runs into a burning building and rescues an old lady. But that trick has been taken.”
