Well Tom, he obviously has never been to the "Emerald Isle" of Kodiak. Actually our local news carried an article about the Russians wanting to claim our very small neighbor, Spruce Is. It was the home of Saint Herman of the Russian Orthodox Church. Supposedly Spruce Island was not part of Seward's deal...
