Cleveland Indians win 22nd in a row!

Awesome. They have the American league record now, and are 4 wins away from tying the Major League Baseball record of 26, held by the 1916 NY Giants.

Last night they were down to their last strike, but tied the game in the ninth and won it in the tenth.

Ramirez led off the 10th with a hard hit into right-center off Brandon Maurer (2-2) that he turned into a double with a head-first slide. After Edwin Encarnacion walked, Bruce, the recent arrival who hit a three-run homer in win No. 21 on Wednesday, ripped a 2-0 pitch into the right-field corner.

Bruce - was traded from the NY Mets to the Indians. he must be deliriously happy to have been traded, considering the disaster the Mets have been.

Who do the Indians think they are, the New York Yankees or something?

Perhaps God is still blessing the city of Cleveland for letting the Republicans nominate Trump in their town at the Republican Convention last year.
