Many of us have friends and family living in Portland, as well as Seattle. The stress is incredible for everyone....Now what do these places have in common with Chicago, New York City, etc.? Lawlessness in abundance and why..........

Yes i think that's a fair assessment - especially the sarcastic part. Maybe not so much cynical.


The city is truly a lost cause....but hey, the mayor seems to have "woken" up....
