Two law scholars on the seditious conspiracy charges against the "Oath Keepers".

One is from Laurence Tribe, Harvard Law School professor -

Oath Keepers indictment puts January 6 plotters on notice. Merrick Garland and the DOJ have charged Rhodes and 10 other Oath Keepers with “seditious conspiracy.” That crime is, in effect, treason’s sibling.

And this is from Andrew C. McCarthy, who as the NY Federal prosecutor successfully "prosecuted the last major, successful case of this kind." (the 1993 World Trade Center bombing).
