This excerpt from his Easter email -

To the Philippians, St. Paul says, "Rejoice in the Lord always; again I will say, Rejoice" (Phil. 4:4). Joy is something that we can will, not a matter of waiting for an emotional state to arrive. A Church filled with the joy of the Resurrection becomes a band of missionary disciples, and the very best missionaries are those whose joy in Christ is contagious. The battle has been won: God the Father has raised his Son from the dead. Rejoice!

May the truth of the Resurrection enliven you with joy this Easter season!
