This is so despicable. The Pregnancy Center that greatly aided my son Tim's birth mother had their Brooklyn center attacked. Despicable.
The release of O’Boyle’s testimony came one day after Attorney General Merrick Garland was questioned extensively by the Republican members—such as Ted Cruz (R-TX), Mike Lee (R-UT), and Josh Hawley (R-MO)—of the Senate Judiciary Committee regarding the Department of Justice’s (DOJ) attacks on peaceful pro-life citizens like Mark Houck and the lack of arrests in the over 80 attacks on pro-life pregnancy centers since the leak of the Dobbs case on May 2, 2022.
His answer to why justice is not being done for pro-life people after death threats and brutal arson attacks injuring firefighters is that the crimes are being committed “in the dark….” The FBI seems to have a systemic case of nyctophobia.
While being questioned by Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX), Garland also stated, “It is a priority of the department to prosecute and investigate and find the people who are doing those firebombings… There have been a lot!” Yet... only two pro-abortion vandals, linked to Antifa terrorist cells, have been indicted for graffiti of three pro-life pregnancy centers in FL compared to the DOJ’s indictment of 34 peaceful pro-life Christians of phony FACE Act violations.
In the same hearing, while answering a question from Sen. Mazie Hirono (D-HI)—who issued a “call to arms” against pro-life people—mischaracterizing pro-life people as criminals, Garland said, “We prosecute without respect to ideology. But we do focus on the most violent acts, the most dangerous actors, the cases most likely to lead to danger for Americans.” If this were truly the case, the DOJ and FBI would not be slow-walking investigations into the explosive, life-threatening, organized violence perpetrated against pro-life Christians.
When asked about this double standard, FBI Director Christopher Wray, who reports directly to AG Garland, claimed in an exclusive interview, “All I can tell you is that we have one standard.” In November of 2022, Director Wray, in a statement to the House Judiciary Committee which may constitute perjury, claimed that approximately 70% of “abortion-related” attacks have taken place on pro-life pregnancy centers. Rev. Jim Harden, CEO of CompassCare, a pro-life medical network attacked by the pro-abortion, Antifa terrorist group known as Jane’s Revenge says, “Wray should check his math. Pro-life entities have been victims of nearly 100% of the attacks.”
