NY State Court rules Democrats can redraw NY Congressional District lines

According to this, the Democrat controlled NY State legislature will pick up 2 to 6 seats with gerrymandering. Currently 15 of the 25 NY congressional seats (not counting the vacated seat that Santos held) are held by Democrats, which ties in closely with Biden having won 60% of the NY popular vote. This short video is worth watching if you are interested in politics. This sortof thing happens all the time. Too bad.
