Awhile ago I posted another video by this priest - Casey Cole a Franciscan who is about 32 years old. He was ordained in 2019. On the same subject here is an excellent short (94 pages) book to read From Christendom to Apostolic Mission. I read it on my kindle. The author is Father James Shea, President of the University of Mary a Benedictine school in North Dakota. He was named President in 2008 and at the time was the youngest college president in the Country.
Here's Father Cole - his youtube channel has 378,000 subscribers. Eat your heart out mainstream Catholic press, who struggle to make an online impact.
This was a wonderful shot in the arm today to listen to. Just such a powerful message for us all, especially our parish in Croton, considering all the upheaval of the past 8 months. We continue to rise up and be strong despite all the setbacks. We need to look at that and remind ourselves what and who we are fighting for. We can tap into the powerful message, "Be still and know that I AM." He is always with us, part of us and will see us through our trials.
